Chicken Pox Just On The Legs

2011 The year 2010 ends with the rejection of the union by

MEADOW - A failure as a businessman and Sasch the case demonstrates, a failure as a mayor and city council also received in the last rejection by the PDL, the party majority that supports it, is to confirm. To place
Roberto elected mayor a year and a half ago thanks to the votes of a minority of citizens Prato, 2010 is to close in the worst way: a mouth is not the Italy of Values, which also criticized it would be done and has already made many, but his own majority.
On the business is doing somersaults because the family business will not fail dragged into oblivion by a tunnel one hundred and sixty million euro debt, perhaps, be able to save only with the help of institutions and then thanks to the money of the many law-abiding citizens who have paid their taxes and debts have not made by careful management of its activities.
On the political front, the de-legitimization of the junta and its part of the PDL, who voted with the center on the document presented by the Future and Freedom about the expectations of the investee Sori "any future voluntary and compulsory collection of all revenue tax and the capital town of Prato ", is a break is not insignificant to the Board that he wanted to hand the task Equitalia. If we add to this that the leader of the PDL expressly stated that the City Council will not accept decisions ever taken "in the secret rooms because of games and play games of power" then you can imagine on the one hand that the PDL has understood that this mayor and his council are doing a few little games clear in the management of the res publica, the other that Roberto place - they elected - obviously does not have those administrative skills that so much has hailed the election campaign.
It 's a 2010 that is about to close in the worst way to Robert Work, We only hope that the new year opens with a great reflection for the mayor about his ability to carry out the legislature. The problems are many and the city of Prato Prato do not need to shoulder the problems of Mr. Work and toys to keep going. Future of Freedom and had a mandate from its leader Gianfranco Fini, embarrass juntas led by PDL, in Prato we do not expect them to be so brave but if they continue to present motions and documents in order to safeguard the interests of Prato and Prato against resolutions to come clear shortly, Italy of Values of the vote, as done in the latter city council in 2010 which enshrined the de-legitimization of the mayor and the council by a unanimous City Council ... except of course for that foreign body that is the Northern League.

How To Change A Tail Light On A Buick Enclave

MAJORITY OF ITS OWN FREE WIFI, NOT 'was renewed on Pisanu

MEADOW - In order Milleproroghe has finally decided not to renew the Pisanu decree which regulated access to WiFi connections. This result was achieved thanks to the many battles continued in Parliament and in the country by Italy of Values and supported also by the people of the Net THE Pisanu contained restrictions that did not exist in any other Western country, even in those where they are more stringent provisions against terrorism. The liberalization of the connections to public wi-fi networks is an important milestone Italy of Values, and now have to push because in every city you can have free WiFi.
A Meadow in this direction have already submitted questions from the boards of district and municipal council representatives elected in the lists IDV. In the province, the project has already made great strides, but now you can push a decision because the biggest obstacle has been removed. The free wifi is too important a goal and Prato can not have it get away. The elect of Italia dei Valori will return to hear their voice in this sector in the next few institutional events.

EQUILIBRIUM - Rekreatur

A band still in balance ...

Album name: Rekreatur
Label: Nuclear Blast
Release Date: June 18, 2010
Genre: Folk Metal / Viking Metal

Introduction:

The beautiful design of the cover presents evocative of 2010's Equilibrium. The young band has, with this new job, only 3 albums, but has managed, incredibly, to carve out a place of great depth in the landscape of world folk metal. It 'is impossible to remain astonished in front of their masterpiece and Sagas predecessor, an album so pumped in the production which evokes the atmosphere of folk thick and involvement. After the release of Sagas, some problems have undermined the line-up band (primarily, the departure of singer Helge Stang), but this too seems to have hit the goodness of these young Germans of the songwriting. With this new Rekreatur fact, we have basically the union and reproduction of the ideas that have made great Turis Fratyr onset and the already mentioned Sagas, without making major changes to full-bodied choral sound of the band. Nevertheless, the work, as we shall see in the track-by-track, has some great new ideas and arrangements, however, accompanied by several less successful episodes, lower potential compared to previous episodes on the disks. On the other hand, the hardcore fan of the German group were unlikely to be disappointed by engaging melodies and symphonic-choral evocation system proposed by them, which is now a clear and unique trademark (along with singing in native language) in their music. The Nuclear Blast , you know, always offers his audience the band very good and often very interesting, which include also those Equilibrium, that despite the short life so far, have succeeded in bringing a good percentage of freshness in 'crowded market of European power from the plant folklore. That said, I do not can only recommend listening to this album and wish you good to be fascinated by what is proposed by the atmosphere and the music of Equilibrium.

Track By Track:

The opener is entrusted to "In Heiligen Hallen" , perfect song to open the dance and to imply that changes line-up did not hurt the band's modus operandi. The song reaches out through a structure very power-speed, on a major rug-symphonic folk, embellished with deceleration, acceleration, and just as many stop'n'go several changes of atmosphere, which makes the song sublime and elegant, at the height of those already proposed by the band in the past. The new singer's vocal following in the footsteps of the previous singer, with several changes of styles scream and growl. The next "Der Ewige Sieg" offers the same matching styles of the previous track, but, being shorter, is of greater impact and therefore more direct. The song (chosen, no accident, as the first single) opens with folkeggianti melodies, accompanied by a rock guitar riffs and sudden riding faster, until the explosion of melodic chorus. A song and then, once again, very successful and enjoyable from the first listen. An introduction to symphonic and a slow and heavy riff opens the dances "Verbrannte Erde" , ride slow and powerful rhythms which are then slowed down in favor of symphonic arrangements pugnacious and evocative. A more pressing atmosphere we think the growl of Robert Dahn, which in the long run, in my view, turns out to be too overly cavernous for songs like this. Good chorus, which presents more relaxed than the melodic verses. We think "Die Affeninsel" to revive the classic rhythm sped up electrocuting the band: after a few sounds, typically folk, the song opens with a riff granite and rocks, paving the way for an up-tempo hit songs from, but which fails to stand out on the rest, probably because of refrain or pieces that can not be remembered as they should, making the track rather anonymous and bitter in while his carefree rolling. The journey continues with "Der Wassermann" epic and triumphant song from the plant. Some slight symphonic scores from open this mid-tempo melodic and airy winning. After a brief ex-folk in the middle of the song, the song picks up speed and then slow down again superb in the final part, incredibly epic and triumphant, flavored with fresh melodies, solar and exciting. Then, after a slight and apparent dispersion in the initial series, the track, caused by anchors and compelling riff on each other, it is very successful and exciting. "Ferner Aus Zeit is a long suite of nine and a half minutes in duration, characterized by the common elements in the band's sound. The pace is initially attractive, the pace once again be accelerated (with hints of lightning blast beats), the melodies folkeggianti always enhance the overall structure (otherwise rather monotonous). This piece gathers force, in fact, through the many tunes and by slowing down particularly melodic and evocative, but loses a bit 'fresh during its continuation, where some parts seem to have been put almost as filler, making it rather forced. It 's the case, for example, the various riff played without orchestral accompaniment, placed in the second half of the song. So at the end of the audience, a song is not particularly effective, due to excessive protraction little studied, and therefore less compelling than the previous tracks. Definitely better with the following "Fahrtwind" , unmistakably marked by the tension of Equilibrium, speed of execution with the gun cotton and triumphant melodies. Impossible, with pieces like this, not to return to the old with the mind Blut Im Auge Sagas, a real pearl among all songs born from the band. Thus, a great song, given its characteristics, is ideally suited to serve as a potential future single. The long "Wenn Erdreich Bricht" might be called the ballad of the disc (nell'accezione ballad "equilibrium" of the term, mind you). It appears, in fact, as a mid-tempo epic and evocative that fails, however, the aim in the right way to capture the listener's attention, perhaps because of an excessive and repetitive growl always a particularly exaggerated for the kind proposed (in my opinion), especially if combined with airy riffs and in their own way, "Sugar." The song is closed by a recorded female (by the host Gaby Koss, a former soprano of Haggard) on a symphony, but this is not enough to raise attention. At least, with long instrumental (13 minutes) "Kurzes Epos" that follows in the footsteps of Mana, long instrumental suite Sagas of closing. The ingredients are the same, or winning melodies and orchestrations and pompous, epic frescoes pugnacious, acceleration-deceleration and Nordic atmosphere to accompany the whole. And 'the clear intention of our recall the old song above, and in the end, while not adding anything new album and discography, the suite is nice and quite smooth in its mood and atmosphere exchanges, without going into too dispersed scores. In conclusion, we are before a new album was successful and rich, that you can not deny some small slip style. But these slips of course no way encroach on the quality of the band ... and its inherent balance.

Techniques and Concluding remarks:

The great strength of the band has always been able to surprise with arrangements and ultra-pompous bombast, with simple but fresh tunes, on a technical basis of respect, but that does not stand out for qualities particularly excelled. Forget guitar solos or asides like, you only get a double bass that travels at the speed of a train, merged with powerful and precise rhythms, but never solo. Therefore, the new drummer Tuval Refaeli, the beautiful bassist Sandra Völkl and territories on the two axes are continuing safe and precise, flawless and without glory. What is striking, again, are the folk-symphonic arrangements that never fail to surprise us and to immerse ourselves in the mythology of Equilibrium. It seems fair to say a few words about the new singer Robert Dahn: just a stage animal, has a stamp scream less acute than its predecessor, and seems to prefer the growl than to scream. In all honesty, I preferred the old singer, owner of a scream and sharper teeth. Moreover, as already mentioned, Robert tends to exaggerate the body of the growling, making his score often out of place with the music. Without quibble on the composition of the band great kindness and very good production, we conclude by saying that Rekreatur is a "creature" successful, but less than Sagas, perhaps, than this is a more sliding the first listen (and shorter). The cover image is not a masterpiece, but its cool colors do justice to the icy atmosphere composed by the band. I do not know German, so I can not have a say on the lyrics, although it is expected to be strongly based, as always, on Germanic mythology, so dear to our own. We can only hope that Equilibrium is not too successful adagino Sagas and experiment more and more through their sound, but meanwhile let's enjoy a worthy return for a band growing in style.

FREEDOM CALL - Legend Of The Shadowking

That ring the trumpets!

Album name: Legend Of The Shadowking
Label: SPV
Release Date: February 1, 2010
Genre: Power Metal

Introduction:

"I like Freedom Call? "" Who, of those trumpets? "Now the few people who have heard a few tracks recognized in this way, the German power metal band. A band is the brainchild of drummer Gamma Ray (Daniel Zimmermann) and friend Chris Bay, which by far then succeeded in 1999 churning out albums very valid, though strongly based and inspired by a canonical power metal-style epic, very "joyful". Features that have made them earn a place of honor in the movement of happy European metal. Now, because the phantom "trumpets"? Needless to deny that their action to the sound of the trumpet has often provoked laughter by the most ardent defenders, perhaps to a large and imposing their use, especially in the first three albums. But this sounds, sometimes on the edge of the bizarre, which gives a heavy hint of pompous epic quality to many pieces of the band, has become an absolute trademark license plate fire masterpieces like the first 3 albums ("Stairway To Fairyland", "Crystal Empire" and "Eternity", true masterpieces of the 'happy-trumpet-power metal "). Bizarre or not, the band has grown enormously fans and acclaim, but never shines for live performance too busy or precise, but certainly relaxing and engaging. The secret of the band is very apt to always find solutions, real battle hymns of the "throw" fucking flawless and power, aided by bombastic and triumphant choruses, without recourse to rambling prog solos of the century, or whatever . A group pure undoubtedly born for fun and to entertain, with anchors record to listen and listen again, in days of sorrow, to find the will to live. After the delicious Circle Of Life (shifting to mid-tempos granite) and the low Dimensions (where there is no trace of the usual trumpets), back in 2010 with The Legend Of Shadowking, which has, unfortunately, as another small misstep, though, ultimately, less false of its direct predecessor. The idea is based on a lyrical concept (the fifth of the band) that revolves around the historical figure of King Ludwig II of Bavaria, but the fundamental problem is that music does not breathe any air or historical epic, and I think this is a key element in creating a historical concept like this. Inspiration In recent years, therefore, appears to have failed, compared with the time of the trumpets. So that the latter gave them the inspiration? If so, we should not hesitate in streams back into their sound: bulky and collegiate Freedom Call ... but damn!

Track By Track:

Album + power historical concept: what better than this combination may lend itself to a beautiful symphony introduction superbly arranged? But here's an intro you have never seen even the shadow: the direct connection is opened by an incisive chorus on Out Of The Ruins ", a typically up-tempo power metal. Fast, the track stands out on rhythmic melodies and combative, all in all, convincing, leading to epic refrain from singing (as usual) out loud. Although devoid of keyboards and horns (but full of songs), is an excellent opener, quite convincingly, where the spirit of the band seems to be reborn. The next "Thunder God" immediately change log: this is a slower song setting almost hard rock, which has very little power, but the refrain, chorus and quite convincing. The song itself is quite simple in structure, and leaves no distinguishing marks but flows easily due to its short duration. The attached video clip is on the other hand, something really horrible, period. Things are not better with the ride following "Tears Of Babylon," where they appear the only trumpets (rieccole!) album. This is also why is the song that most recalls the past, but it does wearily, with a general chorus and a gait that, frankly, most of it could not be discounted. Luckily we think "Merlin - Legend Of The Past" to raise attention. Dark explodes with a chorus, continues in an up-tempo music from the answers to guess, to flow into a refrain, and epic evocative. Thus, a great song (the best album, in my opinion) that, incidentally, is isolated from the history of the concept (although, paradoxically, a concentration of atmosphere is not indifferent). A choir in my ears the next dry launches "Resurrection Day" , more up-tempo, alternating stanzas of a tight, thin and rather predictable to an irresistible chorus tones happy and very successful, distinguished by the usual qualities of drummer Dan always fast, technical and precise. Note the inspired and fast guitar solo central. The triptych is represented by following a certain mood dark and leaden, quite unusual for the band, representing a fair trial (already begun on the previous Dimensions with The Blackened Sun): it starts with the introduction of acoustic "Under The Spell Of The Moon" , mid-tempo music from the plant on the edge of the gothic, with a Chris Bay who, in good refrain choruses and melodies accompanied by a dramatic dark, engages in a strangely baritone scores (unusual for its tone and its extension generally high) and remember to smear the HIM singer Ville Valo. Ultimately it is a nice song, but it certainly is nothing surprising in the general level of songwriting. A bit 'better the following "Dark Obsession," enriched by an introduction symphonic and choral melodies and eerie piano. Although in good chorus slows the pace of the song is much more appetizing than the granite and the previous track. Following "The Darkness", a title fairly trivial for a good song. After a slow start and obscure, the song ends in a mid-tempo verses where we find the aggressive and well-made, embellished by excellent voice inserts, bridge and chorus taking almost gothic tone, and some electronic inserts near the end . All in all then there are three different songs than the classic style of the band, and the experiment is successful more than worthy. You step on the accelerator again with the following "Remember!" , a title that says it all: as if the Freedom Call us wanted to "remember" what is their genre, they attack with a chorus that leads to an up-tempo-style classical power . However, the song fails to shine, and loses its strength mainly due to a minimum without trivial stanzas and a refrain of innovation insignificant and not very engaging. The next interlude "Ludwig II" not add anything significant to the economy of the disc, it is a short pseudo-symphonic piece performed in the mother tongue as a prelude to the next "The Shadowking" track cut rather "cheeky" and rhythmic, flowing away without too many impediments through evocative verses and a good chorus. The following piano ballad "Merlin - Requiem and resumed, as indicated by the title, the refrain of the previous" Merlin - Legend Of The Past "in key slow and symphonic music. Its short duration makes it impossible to appreciate too much content and a song would have been more successful had it been developed further. But beyond this, it is nevertheless a pleasant interlude. "Kingdom Of Madness" seems to be one of those songs just made for live shows, as evidenced by a gait to die very hard rock-Stradaioli, a good chorus fits perfectly concert, and an (almost embarrassing) interval, where the instruments are continuing on a steady basis and the chorus is repeated several times, as often happens in live concerts, an audience dominated by the sovereign. Closes the album a little remarkable "A Perfect Day" , which, after a good introduction flavored folk rock, rock-is lost in stanzas and a chorus cheerful and overly saccharine. Thus ends, in a rather inconclusive, the legend of the king of shadows, swinging along with this album that shows us the Freedom Call fair in form, often lacking in the side of songwriting. This time then, dear Dan Zimmermann & Associates, no fanfare.

Techniques and Concluding remarks:

The German band has never been too high by the standards imposed by this kind, purely technical. Indeed, if we must be honest, from this point of view, never strong, because its strengths are definitely others. But despite this, we can cite the frontman Chris Bay, from the tone of voice rather soft and cool, not at all aggressive, but with excellent vocal technique and considerable extension (as shown in this album), as well as of a chameleon in the ability to interpret tracks of different atmospheres. A singer certainly suitable for the proposal of the quartet. Needless to say the skill of the drummer Dan Zimmermann (although very recently left the band), that most known for his work in much more important Gamma Ray. We must say that, in Freedom Call, the drummer that has never been able to better express its full potential. For the rest, guitar and bass play a specific job, even if fairly standard, without being able to stand out. In addition to the questionable goodness of songwriting, in addition, I would point out that the production does not shine, we often tend to overshadow the guitars (already perceived as characterized by a thin sound) in favor of heading to Bay, making him lose impact and power to the tracks. As for the cover, it is a beautiful image that portrays a kind of statue of King Ludwig II, with a sea kissed by the moon in the background. The colors are cool and evocative, perfectly fitting with the story told. So here we are, with these 14 songs, all too short and often poorly developed, but very direct, they can not let us breathe the right atmosphere epic that a concept like this deserves. Too bad. Meanwhile let us enjoy the few remarkable tracks within this album, and we look forward to that even the FC have nostalgia of their own past and come back to amaze us with so much love-hate trumpets.

GAMMA RAY - To The Metal!

Consistency and class ...

Album name: To The Metal!
Label: EarMusic / Edel Germany
Release Date: January 29, 2010
Genre: Heavy / Power Metal

Introduction:

After much as beautiful as the canonical sequel to their most popular album (Land Of The Free), returns one of the most popular and appreciated in the field of Teutonic power metal. What, I mean, rough, scratching, mold typically heavy and then seasoned with a few keystrokes. Gamma Ray are back, with the increasingly fast-paced leader Kai Hansen (in the past, lead guitarist of Helloween and true inventor of the power metal, since the time of Walls Of Jericho and Keeper of the two), which, in this album, shows his ability as a composer and performer of heavy metal. They return with an album interesting (though not particularly bright for new ideas), which, unlike expectations, managed to hit me from the first listen. The winning formula of this band has always been to never change, the result of the awareness of ever having written a fucking topped off with heavy power metal (in their discography are plenty of references to Judas Priest and Iron Maiden) and, as they say , Never change a winning formula. Therefore, here we go again with this new (it I know, has been almost a year, but it is a product of 2010!) album from the mold line "gammaraiano" where, once again, we find no innovations or redesign of any kind, just pure power metal, as Kai us has always used. So intuile say that this is something undoubtedly already heard, and who is looking for new style would do well to stay away from this product. However, the range can, while remaining in the canonical styles to capture, probably due to an attitude and a "wall" that few other bands manage to have in their field. In fact, as a great fan of power metal (and metal in its full generality), I first to recognize that the market for this sub-genre is crowded and saturated with bands. Band still technically valid, but who lack the proper spirit appealing to be able to be successful. And this certainly is not lacking in spirit to Gamma Ray.

Track By Track:

There could be no better than a beautiful incipit "Rise" , song-style Gamma Ray: clean intro, verses an unforgettable ' high speed running, always biting, eye-catching arrangements. The chorus is very melodic soak in the head never to leave more. So a good start, which recalls the recent work of the band (2 LOTF and Majestic, just to make a direct comparison). The following is taken by a song easily and effectively, rather than the classical "Deadlands". The general is based to a heavy-power very dear to the German band. The melodies in the wink to refrain solutions less refined than the previous track, and therefore more immediate, but, nevertheless, remains a piece of great impact and catchy, sped up with some more inserts and a guitar solo shot in a thousand. Slow down the pace to make room all'incedere purely hard rock-heavy metal of the next "Mother Angel" , definitely a good song, although quite canon (especially the refrain) and too standard. Good melody and the solo part, accompanied by scores of minor keyboard. After all, this is a song worth listening to, even if granted, that certainly will not make a miracle for particular innovations. The quality of the album stands up with the poignant "No Need To Cry" , a substantial slow, melodic ballad that brings to mind bands such as large lenses of Lake Of Tears. Accompanied by a piano and orchestral look delicate and perfectly embedded in the structure, including a continuation of the song is highly emotional moments (such as the chorus and the solo section), "ruined" perhaps at the level of air, just a weird noise interlude, sung by bassist Dirk Schlächter. This interlude, very happy, too detached from the rest of the atmosphere exciting and melancholy lyrics, making it therefore a bit 'out of context. However, after several plays, be able to get used to. Here is another great song, the more obscure album: "Empathy" . This is a very good mid-tempo aggressive and full of pathos, as you can imagine just by the mere introduction in clean guitar. Certainly does not shine too much originality or rhythmic structure, but this song is still able to positively affect the listener. If nothing else because it is a fairly unusual piece in the style of the band. We come to the only true weak link of the full length, the title track "To The Metal" : a song that leaves a bad taste in the mouth by the rather obvious and unnecessary to the economy of the album. Let's face it, they wanted to do a classic Tamarra, as you can imagine already the eloquent title, placing a clear piece of heavy metal mold 80. The revived the style of famous Manowar is obvious, and, of course, the dull chorus does not help us to appreciate this song from the flow, then, rather trivial. Let's move on with "All You Need To Know" , particularly bad song in his gait, which is entrusted to the intro riff fierce and aggressive. The song features the participation in the chorus, the legendary ex-Helloween Michael Kiske heading (as happened on Land Of The Free), but despite his presence, the chorus, because of its Excessive "zuccherosità" lose force to the track. "Time To Live" takes over the reins of the band, heavy-power riding on paths not especially fast. The song is followed without too much originality, but its catchy chorus and his pace makes it damn exciting, pushing the listener further plays. The following "Shine On" is introduced by a virtuoso bass, and continues through stanzas violent and evil (with Kai Hansen turned in a really angry Rob Halford), more airy choruses and choral interludes precise solo bass and guitar. A very good song and then, very direct and rapid sliding. Some keyboard sounds introduce the final "Chasing Shadows" , a fairly standard power metal track and canon but, as usual, has a shot and look fits perfectly to avoid slipping into the abyss of banality. Incessant double bass, harpsichord rhythmics and thin carpet dressed this track, which purchases even thickness from the strange and particular section of solos (there also appears a keyboard, which was launched at breakneck speed, unusual for the band). Therefore, without frills, these ten songs To The Metal Gamma Ray We deliver in 2010: the musicians prepared, experienced and in good shape, able to give us even after all these years, the significant musical episodes.

Techniques and Concluding remarks:

To The Metal is an album so good, that certainly will not fail to satisfy the palates of hungry for power "made in Germany", or better, the power "made in Kai Hansen." Be talking about him, the internationally known "Uncle Kai", the inventor of the undisputed power metal with his ex-Helloween, tireless leader and totally devoted to heavy metal flame: even in this record, his performance is singing intriguing and mischievous. While not technical, his voice always manages to convey, because its tone is immediately recognizable. Phenomenal in the high frequencies and low frequencies in the dark, is a trademark the sound of the band, and, of course, gives that little extra to the tracks (a bit 'like Hansi in Blind Guardian, in short). Dan Zimmermann, undisputed ace behind the skins and machine war on stage, filled to perfection and there is some passage to include more technical and more studied, compared to a canonical double bass turned up so much. Henjo Richter, guitarist from little face anything but leaden, there propina incomparable guitar solos, inspired and, as always, very well executed. And finally, Dirk Schlächter, confirms full bass from both a technical and rhythmic, with dignity by running his dirty work. Leaving aside the usual excellent production and sound perfectly balanced in the mixing stage, the band, over-emphasized, technically we can do and it shows in this new job. The cover is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and charges color between those for a Gamma Ray album, and is very apt for the title of the album and its music content. A masterpiece of the band? Album of the Year? No, definitely not. Remains a healthy and enjoyable album satiating European power metal from start to finish (ok, flying on the title track), with very good episodes and some other 'less convincing. An album that stands out, as already mentioned, originality, does not stand out for new ideas and will certainly give many feelings of deja vu, but winning on the charismatic and is able to make us move her head and fingers in rhythm. And may I say, the Gamma Ray Large claim just that, and nothing more.
