we finally!
we finally!
Within the plan to rationalize the operational units of each ASL Abruzzo appears for the first time Complex Operative Unit of the Health Professions .
Some employees of ASL Pescara, health professionals or not members of trade unions and associations, have decided to express their views on this issue, through the spontaneous formation of a table "cross" (open to all health care providers of the Fund), with the objective of proposing a model Department of Health Professions. This proposal, to be considered as a contribution to the mission, aims to answer both the need for change management and organizational system, both the real needs of citizens.
I 15 different professional profiles of the Technical will: •
a design that meets the Department Law No. 251 of 2000 ;
• meet the principle of autonomy and not ausiliarietà Profiles of
of Health Professions, through careful reallocation of
Liability, aimed at improvement of managerial processes;
• ensure respect for the principles of meritocracy and transparency,
to be guaranteed equal access to leadership positions, positions
organization and coordination, and no more, renewals and appointments on
trust basis;
• introduce the AUDIT as a means of verification of results.
