The May 27 meeting was held between the Director-General and Trade Unions (Unions) on the definition of Regulation Time work.
The CGIL on that occasion presented itself a document, consisting of 12 points , which aims to correct some of the items provided, in fact it contains a number of proposals which, together with hours of work, involved in a more comprehensive and effective on all aspects concerning the organization of work.
Here it shows the essential points:
• Overtime even in time of debt (recovery only at the request of the employee)
• permission (leave, sickness etc ...) which covers the actual hours worked under dall'orario, without any accumulation of debt or credit hours
• overlapping working time of 15 'in entry and exit for employees shift workers (the credit hours shall be only to recover any debt or for the Bank hours)
• third round matrix, to be added to the other two proposals
• possibility, in each service, to take a different time than expected as long as they agreed with the head of the structure, according to the needs of the Service with respect to users
• need Settlement of working for the medical area
• establishment of the Department of Health Professions , key structure for serious and prompt a reorganization of the work activities of the Fund.
